How long until I can walk on the carpet?
Lightly in about 2–4 hours with our fast-dry process — even in August humidity, we bring air movers to every job. Furniture goes back after 6 hours.
Does steam cleaning help with mold and mildew smells?
Hot-water extraction removes the trapped moisture and organic soil mildew feeds on, plus the musty odor that comes with it. Active mold growth on walls or subfloor is a remediation job, not a carpet job — we'll tell you honestly if that's what we see.
I'm a landlord — can you document the clean for my rental registration?
Yes. Every job gets before/after photos, and we can provide an invoice describing the work for your Healthy Homes paperwork.
Is the online price really final?
Yes, as long as the room count matches. If a room is oversized (over ~250 sq ft) it counts as two — the tech confirms the count with you before starting, never after.
What about pet urine that's soaked in deep?
Our enzyme treatment handles the pad level, which is where the odor lives. Severe, repeated soaking can require pad replacement — we'll show you what we find and won't charge for treatment that won't work.
